1.    To consider accepting apologies for absence –

2.    To make Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda.

3.    To welcome the new Clerk to the Council, Mrs Deborah Edwards

4.    (a) To renew membership of the Society of local Council clerks (SLCC) at a cost of £223

(b) To renew membership of One Voice Wales at a cost of £591

5.    The purchase of a laptop for the Clerk at a cost of £978.80 excluding V.A.T.

6.    To authorise the payment of invoices.

7.    To discuss the report of the Internal Auditor and to identify a way forward.

8.    To receive items for the next agenda – please send to clerk@coedpoeth.com .

9.    Date and time of next meeting – December  14th 2021 at 7.30pm.
